Founder & Visionary
Late Shri Narendra Saigal
Born and raised in Amritsar, Shri Narendra Saigal completed his higher education at Khalsa College, Amritsar, where he was elected General Secretary during his student years: a milestone that sparked his entrepreneurial drive.
He began his industrial career in the dyes and chemical sector before expanding into textiles, managing operations for Mahadev Textile, Hubli, including manufacturing for government contracts and large-scale industrial requirements. In 1981 he ventured into plastics with Eagle Brushes, an Export Oriented Unit.
Building on this expertise, he founded AVN Saigal Plastic Industries in 1991, laying the principles of quality, industrial excellence and customer trust that define the group today and turning a local enterprise into a Tier-1 partner for India’s major OEMs.

A seasoned entrepreneur from the renowned Saigal family of Hubli, Mr. Saigal entered the family business in 1991 and has built a career spanning manufacturing, automotive and industrial components, lubricants, tyres, retail, education, logistics and community leadership.
Under his direction, AVN Saigal Plastic Industries became an ISO/IATF 16949 certified Tier-1 partner to Tata Motors, Tata Marcopolo, Ashok Leyland and BEML, while the group expanded into IOCL SERVO® CFA logistics, tyre distribution, retail, education and railway fuel services.

Founded SKYMOUNT INC., Hubli: CAD, CAM, CAE and Interior Design education.
- 2016
Authorised distributor for Michelin truck tyres (Karnataka) and two-wheeler tyres (North Karnataka).
- 2016
Easybuy family stores with Landmark Group: Koppikar Road and Urban Oasis Mall (Hubli), Udupi and Dharwad.
- 2019
Inaugurated the TATA Westside showroom at Shivamogga on 4 May 2019, through Trent Ltd.

3PL service provider for JK Tyre & Industries and Cavendish Industries, North Karnataka.
