Vacuum thermoforming, injection moulding and assembly in one integrated 40,000 sq ft facility.
Section 01
Vacuum thermoforming
We have the largest forming bed size of 1750 mm × 3250 mm in North Karnataka. To meet the high demands and precise requirements of today’s automotive industry, we have invested in the latest machines with PLC-based control systems.
They use dual infrared ceramic heaters whose temperature can be varied zone by zone to suit complex component designs. Materials such as ABS, TPU and PP can be formed.

Section 02
Injection moulding
Injection moulding inserts melted plastic into a mould cavity designed to the required shape. Although the process is straightforward, many carefully controlled steps create the finished product.
From the plastic components in electrical gadgets to vehicle interiors and bottle caps, injection moulding is everywhere, and our machines deliver it with repeatable precision.
