We are committed to the manufacture and supply of plastic components for automotive, engineering and various other industries in vacuum-formed and injection-moulded operations, incorporating the needs and requirements of the customer.

We ensure timely deliveries with continual improvement and effectiveness, enhancing customer satisfaction through the involvement of all parameters.

VSME · Visionary Small & Medium Enterprises

Japanese shop-floor discipline.

The VSME course was attended by Mr. Vijesh Saigal and senior staff of AVN Saigal under the mentorship of Shri. Saideep Rathnam (grandson of Sir M. Visvesvaraya) during the expansion of the industry.

Developed in India through a CII and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) collaboration, it brought in Japanese experts Prof. Shoji Shiba and Mr. T. Furuhashi as part of the Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing (VLFM) programme.

We have implemented 3S maps, V maps and Heijunka planning to control the shop floor. With 3S maps we manage safety, shorten distances and create space by eliminating unnecessary material movement.
