Components for every industry we serve.

Two proven processes: vacuum thermoforming for large, seamless parts and injection moulding for precise, high-volume components.

Process 01

Vacuum Thermoforming

Thermoforming (vacuum forming) heats a two-dimensional plastic sheet, vacuum-draws it onto a mould and gives it an entirely new, permanent three-dimensional form. The result is seamless, strong, durable and lightweight, in a variety of finishes.

We have the largest forming bed in North Karnataka at 1750 × 3250 mm. Our PLC-controlled machines use dual infrared ceramic heaters with zone-variable temperature for complex designs, forming ABS, TPU, PP and more.

Process 02

Injection Moulding

Injection moulding forces melted plastic into a precisely designed mould cavity, producing everything from electrical-gadget housings to automotive interiors and screw-top caps.

Our microprocessor-based machines range from 50 to 300 tonnes, with shot weights from 80 g to 1000 g, for consistent quality at production volume.
